Academic Activity
H is for Hand!
For this activity you'll only need 2 sheets of paper and finger paint.
Draw the capital and lowercase letter -Hh- on separate sheets, have your child use the color of paint they'd like and spread it on the palm of their hand, plaster it onto the paper, then repeat.
Sensorial Activity
Fill up a tray with salt, soil or rice. Make letter cards of -Hh. Set it up and have a blast!
Circle Time
Play the game! Please make sure to pause the video every time your child has to look for the letter.

Squeezing an orange is a great way to strengthen the hands and develop the fine motor muscles for writing.
MATERIALS
- Kids Apron or designated shirt
- A Tray (optional-used to present the materials as shown in the photo at the top of the page)
- An orange
- A Plate
- Kid’s kitchen knife (optional: for kids 5 years old and up to use under adult supervision to cut the orange)
- Citrus juicer reamer with pour spout, citrus juicer with lid, or manual citrus juicer and juice pitcher.
- 8 oz canning jar or other small glass

-Listen to the story and then discuss

Materials:
-A black marker
-Clothespins
-White paper
Write your child's name on the piece of paper, make sure you leave spaces in between each letter.
Then write each letter on a clothespin, then have your child pin each one with its matching letter (in the correct order)
